There was just a little to do in this townhouse loft. The client had already purchased wallpaper and re-upholstered two host chairs with skirts which worked well with her antiques, some African-inspired artifacts, and zebra-print window blinds that she had made. Our challenge was to find correlating fabrics and trims for the custom drapes, piano bench, and side chair. We suggested a painted wooden cornice to finish off the window treatments. The total effect in this space is very traditional with somewhat of a British Colonial feel, yet there is still a bit of quirkiness and fun.
